1How can I book?
You can book over the phone or by completing an email booking enquiry. Please ensure on overnight flights that the arrival day and NOT the take off day has been booked for your collection.
2How can I pay?
You can pay by cash cheque or by card by prior agreement.
3What is your policy on use of child seats?
We do not supply child seats. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply and fit the correct legal child seat required and ensure that it is fitted to the vehicle correctly. If you have booked a return journey your driver will be happy to look after the seat whilst you are away if this is required
4I need a receipt?
No problem just ask your driver he will be very happy to give you one or we could email you one if that is easier.
5What if we are delayed on the way to the airport?
The Company cannot be held responsible for missed flights or other appointments. We always suggest that you allow plenty of extra time for your journey taking into account your airlines required check in times, along with potential traffic and adverse weather conditions.
6What if my flight is delayed?
We always check your flights estimated time of arrival before setting off. However we would ask that if possible customers notify us by text or email of any lengthy delays (90 minutes or more) as we may not always be able to access up to date information or timings.
